The Story

From the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, this coffee comes from Todos Santos, a collective known as “Mujeres Luchando Por Un Mejor Futuro” - Women Fighting for a Better Future. The group brings together 276 women coffee producers from the remote San Martín Cuchumatánes area, where many women manage their farms while also supporting their families and local community. Their farms are scattered across steep mountainsides at elevations between approximately 1,700 and 2,100 metres above sea level, where cool, often cloudy conditions slow cherry maturation and help develop sweetness and complexity in the cup. The main harvest takes place from mid-February through early May. Working together, the producers share knowledge and resources while receiving support in areas such as varietal cultivation, nursery care, fertilization, soil health, and processing. This coffee brings notes of berries, dark dried apricot, a rich jammy body, and a dark chocolate foundation. The result is a sweet, fruit-driven Guatemalan coffee with depth and a story rooted in community and collaboration.
