The Story

This coffee comes from the Sede Washing Station, located in the village of Sede within Ethiopia’s renowned Yirgacheffe district. Nestled just 4 km south of the town of Yirgacheffe, the station produces coffees that highlight the region’s exceptional character.  

In the cup, this coffee showcases notes reminding us of peach, sweet citrus, and floral black tea, making it an excellent option for filter brewing. Â
