Serra Negra brings together several traditional varieties: Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Catuaí and Typica.

It performs well across brew methods. As espresso, it has a creamy body with notes of milk chocolate, graham cracker, toasted nuts, and soft citrus, resulting in a balanced and comforting cup that works well on its own or with milk. As a filter coffee, it becomes cleaner and brighter, with more pronounced citrus zest and sweetness.
