The Story

This coffee comes from Luz Helena Salazar, a producer behind some of the most exciting coffees coming out of Colombia right now.

It is a natural Caturra grown at Finca La Leona in Quindío. After harvest, the cherries undergo a controlled 45-hour aerobic fermentation and are then dried slowly. This process gives the cup its lively, fruit-forward character.

Expect bright mandarin and juicy red grape bringing sweetness, followed by a dark chocolate finish.
